Cosy Country Studio in North West Tasmania

Our charming King bed studio with ensuite amongst the historic gardens is self contained to a couples delight. TV & Wifi. Boasts a beautiful bathroom- walk in shower. The aspect is north with amazing views to a water reserve and near by manicured gardens. Your immediate surroundings have privacy and ample parking. The studio has small kitchenette with light cooking facilities which include a microwave, sandwich maker, toaster and rice cooker steamer plus BBQ outside on patio. The space Views Views Views! King size room which has a ks bed fitted with luxury bedding & lots of pillows! Table for two looks out to verandah and over looks gardens to the water reserve. The studio has a compact kitchenette with modern country finish. Includes- microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, rice cooker, sandwich maker plus patio BBQ. (Note: there is no stove/oven, only what's described above) A luxury studio amongst a cottage garden and within an historic property. Play farm games located in gardens or just sit and watch the birds. The studio is situated next door to the original homestead with gardens dividing the buildings. The gardens are mostly shared with our guests so they can experience what we experience everyday here on the farm. We have privacy signs located around farm and mud Map so guests can wonder around and explore. (note map can vary due to livestock placement, please message your host if you'd like an update) This is a working farm so day to day activities still go on each day. Great care is taken to accommodate your privacy and your booking wishes. Note: this is not suitable for children. Guest access Self Check in. On day of guests arriving, cottage/ studio with be opened and key arrangement made. A message will be sent either day before or early morning arrival date, specifying where to park and where key is located. Nature walks, gardens, ample parking, farm experience, wifi, indulgence. Guests can follow the map of farm to take a walk in nature. Plenty of safety and informative signs are placed around farm. Other things to note This particular accomodation would suit a person or couple looking for a comfy 1 room studio with some luxury and scenic views. This studio does not suit couples with children as only two persons allowed and studio is not equipped for children. This garden studio is the closest to the main homestead and fully maintained cottage gardens. It is self contained with a BBQ, so guests can cook their own meals, pick veg if avail from the gardens too! Parking is right next to your door. Walking the landscaped gardens around main homestead is welcome. Please do not go into paddocks where farm animals (Cattle & Horses) reside, without your host. We have 2 dogs that can bark but are very friendly. They are trained to stay in our private area so please dont encourage them into guests areas. Please tell us if you do not like dogs.
