OCEANFRONT with a million dollar view! The unit has 2 Beds/1 Bath, set up as a large studio (850 sqft). Wifi with a 65” Smart TV, workspace with a fabulous view. The separate bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and TV. Enclosed sunroom with an incredible view of the beach. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials. Beach towels, chairs, and beach umbrella are also included. Washer/Dryer in the unit. Convenient 5 to 10 min drive to Mayo Clinic. The space The property easily accommodates 4 with two separate sleeping areas and very comfortable beds (1 king, 1 queen). There is also a very comfortable day bed. Guest access Beach access is as easy as walking out the back door and through the gate, hose provided at the bottom of the steps to wash off beach sand before returning to the condo. Please keep as much sand as possible out of the unit. Other things to note Self check-in via keypad entry, deadbolt also available for additional security. This condo is part of a multi-unit building and there is potential of construction/remodeling of other units. The potential of this is slim but we have no control and most times no warning. We wanted to highlight the potential and make guests aware of the possibility.
