You have great views from both the living room and the bedroom, in this nicely done condo. Full kitchen with everything except a dishwasher, bathroom has full size tub and shower combo, bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV, window seat and a rocking chair. Living room has a full size sofa bed, dining table that seats 2 and cable TV. This condo has Wi-Fi. Seasonal bridge to beach, Memorial Day to Labor Day. NO RV's The space The Neskowin Resort has a common patio area with a propane BBQ and picnic table for the resort guests. Season Bridge to the Beach. Private beach access at the Neskowin Resort available Memorial weekend through Labor Day. You will be given a beach key to access the gate. The bridge gets pulled in Labor Day weekend. You will then have to access the beach by walking through the parking lot in front of the cafe. Other things to note Check in at the Grey Fox Vacation Rental office located at 48900 Hwy 101 South Neskowin Oregon 97149. Office is open daily from 10-5. Check in time is between 3-5pm Check out time is 11am
