Oceanfront spacious 2BR, 2 BA condo with pull-out sleeper sofa in living room, full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. Unit has beachfront balcony overlooking Carolina Beach. Parking for 2 vehicles at condo. Just blocks away from the CB Boardwalk with stores, restaurants and family entertainment. Second story unit provides spectacular views of the beachfront! Uncrowded section of Carolina Beach with private walkway to the beach that is only for the 6 condos in Seaview. The space Private walkway down to beach that is only used by guests of Seaview. Guests must bring their own towels and sheets-blankets and pillows are included but must be placed on the floor at departure time so I can sanitize any items used after guests depart. Other things to note There is a hose with a shower head in the parking lot that may be used to either shower prior to returning to the condo, or to hose off sandy feet prior to your return to the unit
