Welcome to small town living in Prairie Lea. The unit is a garage apartment with its own private entrance and a code lock. The unit does not have a kitchen but does have a coffee bar for your morning pick me up. We are only half a mile from the San Marcos river where you can take your own tubes. We are also very close to many popular tube rental companies! POOL HAS SHARED ACCESS WITH HOMEOWNER. The space King size bed in unit with extra pillows and blankets. Air conditioning is a wall unit with a ceiling fan. Space heater is provided for the winter time, but our guests are typically fine without it. We are 1/2 mile from the San Marcos River, 15 miles from Lockhart and the Chisholm BBQ trail, 20 minutes to San Marcos and Seguin, 45 minutes to Austin and about an hour to San Antonio. Great location in the middle of everything! Guest access Fenced back yard with inground pool. POOL HAS SHARED ACCESS WITH HOMEOWNERS. Other things to note There are no restaurants in Prairie Lea. Franks on the River is in Fentress, about 3 miles away. Many other options are located in Lockhart and San Marcos. Please note this unit is non smoking.
