** We have two listings for The Farmhouse . Both are the same house. We put this listing on pause during a remodel. It would not reactivate due to tech glitch so we had to start a new listing. This is an 800 sq. ft. Private bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. * Living room has a sleeper sofa. * Large bathroom with shower. * Eat-in kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster,coffee maker, counter top burner ( hotplate) and coffee fixins. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils. * Covered parking * Outdoor grill with charcoal lighter and grill utensils * Living Room has an old school TV with VHS and DVD capability and there is a full of great movies to choose from. * Checkers anyone? Chess? We have those and more games for you to enjoy. * Puzzles and vintage matchbox cars for the kiddos. * Outdoors...We simply cannot put into words the sights and sounds of just taking time to be outside. Daytime as well as nighttime will provide some amazing views and glorious bird sounds. Guest access Feel free to say hello to the farm animals, whose fenced areas are directly behind the guest house. Going into the animals pens is not allowed, for safety reasons. Enjoy your fresh roasted coffee while sitting on the porch. End the evening with your favorite drink and listen to the night sounds of the country coming alive. Your guest house will be unlocked and ready for you to make yourself at home. Other things to note * The main house at the farm is private, and not available available to guests. *Because of the numerous ducks, chickens and farm animals that live here, we cannot accommodate pets of any kind. *Extra guest fees does not apply to children. Children are free. *Children are welcome but adults must be with the children at all times, for safety reasons. We have large farm animals and two ponds. *Owner is not liable for any injuries while guests are on premises.
