Hideout- walk to beach, bar, ski

Clean, comfy chalet in the Hideout, a 5 star community in Lake Ariel PA. Great location on a quiet street... ski slope, beach, heated outdoor pool and kiddie pool, lodge, tiki bar, boat rental, tennis all within walking distance. Recently updated. The space Location, location, location! Great location to enjoy lots of what the Hideout had to offer. Near beach, bar, skiing, ice skating, fishing, tennis, boat rental, lodge, art center (all walking distance). Our house offers 4 BRs,(Queen, queen, queen, twin bunk beds) plus 2 twin futons and plenty of room for air mattresses (not provided) on the floor. In my opinion the space is best suited for 2 families with kids (to be honest 3 families is doable...we do it routinely... but it can get tight in the winter when it's too cold to use the deck). 2 baths, one with a tub/shower (main floor) and one with stall shower (top floor). Living room with wood fireplace on main level along with kitchen and 2BRs (small flat screen TV in queen BR. Other BR is bunk room, no TV). Large flat screen TV in LR. Top floor has one BR (with small flat screen TV) and bath. Bottom floor has one BR with large TV, not flat screen, large common space with 2 futons, shuffle board table, slot machine, games, flat screen TV(bring your gaming system!). Air conditioners (units, not central air) on all levels. Basic cable and Roku boxes (Netflix, Pandora, YouTube etc) provided. Wireless internet provided. Strong Verizon cell signal, not sure about other carriers. Outside there is an ample deck with propane grill, table and chairs, umbrella. Beach chairs and buggy available. House has washer/dryer available. Check in/entry via keypad lock. Code provided on day of check in. Cleaning and registration $100. All beds outfitted with duvets/pillows (all new). Guests bring sheets, pillow cases, towels, air mattresses. Some extra blankets available at the house for chilly nights. Additional photos upon request.
