Kiku Cottage is a quaintly decorated farm cottage in tranquil surroundings overlooking spectacular views of the picturesque fruit orchards that decorate the canvas of our unique Elgin Valley. Whether it is a weekend away, sporting event, wine / food festival, wedding to attend or just an excuse to spend sometime relaxing away from buzzing crowds and modern day 'busyness'...our cottage has been carefully crafted to offer a peaceful sanctury to rejuvenate replenish the soul and mind. The space Our farm is conveniently positioned close to major wedding venues, mountain bike adventure trails and trail running sites. Whether you are looking to escape the city for an active weekend spent discovering Elgin Valleys world-class adventure trails and wine-farms and bountiful birdlife or if you are wanting to spend your time relaxing and recharging your batteries by savouring up the fresh country air and overlooking the spectacular views, Cheverells Cottage has something for everyone and we look forward to welcoming you to come and enjoy an authentic farm experience! Guest access You are welcome to walk around the farm during your stay at Cheverells. Please respect the privacy of the other cottages as well as the residences. Ensure that you have good walking shoes or gumboots, especially if the weather is rainy – the paths can be very muddy. The main entrance road continues all the way down to a beautiful dam to walk around, you are also free to weave your way through the orchards on your way back to the cottages.
