The space The apartment is located just 600 meters from the enchanting beaches of Torre di Barì and not far from Sa Marina beach, in the tourist district of Bari Sardo known as "Torre di Barì." Thanks to the spacious beaches and pine forest, guests can enjoy the sea in complete tranquility while also taking advantage of the numerous beach and tourist services available. This practical, single-level ground-floor apartment is fully furnished and finished. It features a spacious covered veranda with outdoor table and chairs, a living area with kitchen and double sofa bed (ideal for teenagers and children), a double bedroom, and a full bathroom. Amenities: Air conditioning in the bedroom, full kitchen, dishes, oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, barbecue area, and parking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, the outdoor veranda, and the courtyard with barbecue area. Other things to note In Bari Sardo, waste separation is practiced; guests must follow the rules provided at the apartment entrance. PLEASE NOTE THAT FAILURE TO SEPARATE WASTE OR INCORRECTLY COLLECT WASTE WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE OF €100.00. The apartment must be treated with care and returned free of trash, with the refrigerator empty, and the stovetop clean. Only one small pet are allowed, upon request and with our consent, for a €20.00 surcharge (this fee covers the cost of additional cleaning with appropriate detergents and sanitizers for subsequent guests). It is absolutely forbidden to let pet on beds, sofas, chairs, tables, etc. Leaving pet alone in the apartment for extended periods is not permitted, to prevent them from whining or causing damage.
