Home in Winona
Description
*I live in the home part-time and may be staying in my suite (with separate entrance) during your stay.* This home is our family home. It was moved into town over 50 years ago. It is over 110 years old. It is large, comfortable and clean. Feel free to read the books and play the board games available in the living area. My family and I manage about 5000 acres of ranch land —if interested in hunting prairie dogs or deer/antelope, please let me know, I can likely set it up. Message for details. The space Please enjoy the main floor Living, Dining, and Kitchen Spaces. During the summer the screened-in porch is very relaxing. All three bedrooms are upstairs and share a large bathroom. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dining room, and living areas on the main floor. In the summer, the screened-in porch and other outdoor sitting areas are also nice and relaxing. Other things to note Take a walk around town. Every building and house has a story. Go down to the Winona Cafe for lunch and fill up at the locally-owned gas station. Important notes: 1. The town of Winona is fewer than 200 and 22 miles from Oakley, a larger city with multiple shops, etc. 2. The owner, Max, lives in the house part-time and may be at the house during your stay. He has a private kickoff master suite, but does use the kitchen. 3. To hunt prairie dogs on prime property, we charge $75 per person per day. Antelope hunting is a $75 per person per day trespass fee plus $200 for each kill. Mule Deer hunting is $1500 for a four day trespass fee (maximum of four hunters per trespass fee) plus $1000 per deer.
