Purgatory Ski Area - Cascade Village Townhome

Enjoy our beautiful Colorado San Juan Mountains views. We are located approximately 1.5 miles north of Purgatory/Durango Mountain Ski Resort and a short, beautiful drive to historic Silverton, Ouray and surrounding Durango Colorado. During ski season the ski resort offers a free shuttle service to/from Cascade Village. This is our personal vacation home. We hope you will enjoy your time here as much as we do! The space Welcome! We are a family of four from Austin, TX and this is our 2nd home, we love spending as much time as we can here! We hope you will feel the same way. Note: House rules No smoking No pets/animals allowed including service animals per HOA rules One parking space for guest parking We have remodeled and updated our home and sleeps four (4) max. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, the counter top bar overlooks the kitchen/living room where you can enjoy a glass of wine or have a beverage while preparing your favorite meal. The dining room has comfortable seating for four and beautiful views off the balcony. The Living room is an open concept area with new furniture, a flat screen TV, DVD player, fireplace (wood is provided ) and wine bar. The downstairs bedroom has a rustic pine queen bed and a twin loft bed. New comfortable mattresses and bedding that includes down comforters with duvet covers and linens. The full bathroom is adjacent and is furnished with quality bath towels. We have installed a new full sized washer and dryer set which we find very convenient to have available to use. Upstairs is an over sized master bedroom with a comfortable kind bed, TV area with separate seating and couch. The master bathroom has two spacious closets, separate his/her sinks, a nice sized shower and an over sized Jacuzzi/ Sauna. The views are spectacular. Below our unit is covered, direct access parking with plenty of space for large SUV's/Trucks. One parking space is available per unit at Cascade Village Our complex offers well manicured mountain grounds, a large indoor pool, hot tubs, bathrooms and saunas. A rustic game room with darts, a pool table, a large TV with comfortable seating and there is a gym to workout during your stay. The outdoor hot tubs and deck area overlook the beautiful mountain side with a gas grill to BBQ and tables & chairs to enjoy your meal on the deck. Purgatory Ski resort is less than 1.5 miles away with a shuttle that serves Cascade Village. A winter paradise in the heart of the San Juan Mountains, Purgatory at Durango Mountain Resort is the perfect family vacation destination. It's known for its terrain for all abilities. Downtown Durango, Silverton and Ouray are all within a short driving distance to truly take in and enjoy all that the Colorado Rockies have to offer. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit and surrounding community amenities. (Pool, hot tubs, tennis court, game room and gym) Other things to note This is a Non-Smoking unit. No smoking on the balconies, in the garage or in the home please. No Pets allowed per HOA rules including service animals - Strictly enforced One Vehicle permitted Please ensure to follow all posted house and HOA rules
