This delightful 125-year-old farmhouse, overlooking a vineyard, sits on two acres. Recently renovated, the house is 3,000 square feet and can comfortably sleep 6-8 people in three spacious bedrooms. The downstairs does not have AC. There is a large wrap around porch that has two twin beds, which also have a view of the vineyards. The porch is also a wonderful place to dine on warm summer evenings. The downstairs living area does not have AC. This area stays fairly cool on warm days and nights. We do have portable fans, if needed. Other things to note Please note we are required by the city of Saint Helena to collect a 13% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) which is included in the price per night.
