Apartment 2 is 80 m2. It includes a kitchen-living room with 25 m². This is fully equipped with a Dan kitchen for 12 people. There is a dining table for 6 people, a small cuddle sofa, TV, radio and free Wi-Fi. There are two separate walk-in bedrooms, each with a double and extra bed and two single beds. Our domicile offers two completely separate apartments of 80 and 100 m² each, a large courtyard (400 m²), garden (600 m²) and two halls. Everything is self-contained. So ideal for families with young children and pets - carefree play is guaranteed! Cozy oak seating sets invite you to have breakfast outdoors, eat or spend a cozy summer evening outside with a good glass of local wine. The typical Burgenland Streckhof is adorned with many flowers. Here you will find a huge sandbox with lots of toys. A small pool is for quick cooling. Then you can relax on a small lawn in the sun lounger. For active and sports enthusiasts, there is a large sports hall (350 m²), which is completely lined with laminate. This can accommodate 1 badminton court and 2 professional table tennis. Rackets and balls are present. Newly added is a training room with power rack incl. Cable train, weight bench, saddle slices in various weight classes and floor mat. In another hall there is foosball table, can throwing, darts, as well as free bikes of all sizes, for adults and children. For the little ones, there are also cinter tractors, tricycles and a sandbox. Here you can also park your bicycles, surfboards, etc. The garden with its numerous fruit trees, herbs and vegetables is also great for children to play and romp around. Adults will find an oasis of peace here to relax. You can also grill here to your liking. A grill is available. For infants and babies, we provide the complete equipment such as crib, changing mat, diaper, toilet seat reducers, cuddly animals , etc . There are many play and sports equipment, wheels of all sizes, for children and adults. We provide all this for free to our guests and therefore do not need to be brought from home.
