Studio across from Golden Gate Park & near Beach

We are super pet friendly, have dogs ourselves, & 2 kids so you will hear them from time-to-time. Guests love that were across from Golden Gate Park, 5 min walk to the beach, parking isn't as complex as downtown, & were pet/kid friendly. However, being that we are pet/kid friendly means you will hear noises from time-to-time, so for those who want a super quiet environment, our place may not be the one for you. This is the city so it can be noisy, & we'll never tell you to be quiet...lol. The space Completely private modern 1 bedroom with bathroom and your own private entrance. Excellent for couples, those who want to adventure into Golden Gate Park or the Beach. Unit has been remodeled, Wifi enabled, smart lock to skip the hassle of picking up a key, washer/dryer on-site, & we have a Lyft E-Bike Rental on our street if you need to rent a bike. For guests with kids, we have infant bath tubs, fold-up stroller, and more (free of charge). There's a large kid park nearby. Guest access Guests will have access to the unit & the washer/dryer located in the garage. Other things to note Golden Gate Park Events Info If your coming for one of the many events at Golden Gate Park, guests do not need to uber (surcharges during these events are crazy), drive (or pay for parking), or take public transportation. We are literally across the street from Golden Gate Park.  - Outside Lands, 3 min walk to South Gate. - Hardly Strictly Bluegrass, 5 min walk. - Bay to Breakers, were located near finish line. - The Muni station is 1 block away, be anywhere in the City in under 30 mins. - Restaurants nearby on Judah (5 min walk) - Street Parking isn't nowhere near as bad as downtown.
