Butternut Lodge: Waterfront Rustic Luxury

The Butternut Lodge features beautiful hardwoods, natural stonework & hand-wrought metals. From sand-cast bronze door knockers to African Mahogany floors, from hand-thrown pottery dishes to hand-carved onyx lights, every detail is meant to excite the senses with rustic elegance. It’s the perfect place for two or three families (or one very lucky family). We rent Sat-Sat during the summer and flexible dates throughout the year. We have a 3-day min but you may request a 2-day midweek weekend. The space My highest priority is your comfort and satisfaction. Technology: Multiple Access Points = seamless Wi-Fi throughout home and property, Smart TVs, fog-free heated bathroom mirrors, whole-house filtered UV treated water, central air, central music, radiant floor heat, home theater room, laundry room, massage chair, etc. Kids of all ages will LOVE: • The rustic Pine Bedroom where you can crawl under the king bunk or explore the loft and secret room. • The jiu-jitsu room has padded 9 ft walls and floors: play Virtual Reality, Nerf basketball, roll around, and make noise in a safe, sound-proof environment. • The playroom: Play the piano or darts, pool, foosball, ping pong, mini bowling, shuffleboard, board games, and more! • Home Theater Room: A dedicated high fidelity room with tiered seating provides an outstanding movie theater or Xbox One X gaming experience. • Outdoor amenities: Badminton, extra-large hot tub, BBQ area, fire pit, 1 canoe, 2 stand-up paddle boards, 5 kayaks, etc. Oak Bedroom: King bed (adjustable), lake views, giant skylights, master bathroom with large Jacuzzi and walk-in shower (sleeps 2) Cherry Bedroom: King Bed (adjustable), lake views, gas fireplace, Smart TV, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and makeup table. (sleeps 2) Pine Bedroom: King/single bunk-bed, standard bunk-bed, loft, secret room (sleeps 5) Butternut Bedroom: 2 bunk-beds (sleeps 4) Loft: King (or can convert to two twin xls) (sleeps 2) Guest access There is room for 6 cars on our property (and there is no on-street parking). If this poses a particular problem you can contact me to discuss options. Other things to note Butternut Lodge is nestled in nature. The driveway is gravel, the paths are pebbles, and the steps are rough-hewn granite. Think hiking trail. I love the rustic landscape but some may not. If you have members of your party who are old or frail, please consider other possibilities. We do have walking sticks. Your satisfaction is my most important concern!
