Relaxation by the lake

The 80 m² bungalow can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of an open kitchen with adjoining dining and living area. The bungalow has a shower room and two bedrooms. In one there is also a bunk bed, which can be loaded up to 100 kg per lying surface. Ideal for families and assemblers. On the 36 m² covered terrace, the evening can be ushered in with a little barbecue in a quiet atmosphere. Lake Grimnitz is a 5-minute walk. The space There is a fireplace in the living room. It can be operated with the wood under the carport. Please clean after use, otherwise a cleaning fee of €10 will be charged. The underfloor heating in every room and the fireplace make it comfortably warm even on cool days. Guest access The cottage has a separate entrance. The house is alone. Parking is available under the carport for all cars. Vans must be parked in the garden. Entrance on the side. The gate must be opened from the inside. Parking outside the property is prohibited. Other things to note There is a central garbage dump in the bungalow estate. Please dispose of your garbage there. If there is still garbage in the bungalow after your departure, a disposal fee of €10 will be charged. The bed linen is ready for you. The beds are not made. Please remove the bedding before departure. Please tell us if you prefer to sleep in a double bed or in single beds. We will provide the sheets accordingly. You can push the beds as you like. Before departure, put them back in the previous place. Bedding and covers for a child are provided. Extra mattress and sheets for the children's travel bed are on site. Everyone gets a bath towel and a normal sized towel.
