Imagine waking up and strolling out onto the patio to sit in the large soaking Hottub. As you sip your coffee an eagle flys into the trees as you observe the serene landscape. Feel nestled in an oasis only 20 minutes to most tourist attractions. Directly across from Lake Washington and Seward Park, take our complimentary Paddle Boards or Kayak down to the water; walk, jog or swim around the lake.Enjoy late summer nights in the yard or cool winters soaking in the warm hottubNewly added central AC The space There is an additional home on this lot (the front gate is shared and you will walk past this home on the way to your oasis. 2 people live in the front house, but will not disturb your space, except for yard and pool maintenance reasons. One is the owner's father who cares for the pools and yard. Hottub is ALWAY Hot however it does not have jets, The pool is a cold plunge and is not heated unless requested day before and has an additional 55 dollar a day heating charge which is about half the actual cost. Please request at least 24 hours before your stay and host will send a payment request. You may notice a wonderful dog mentioned in reviews, unfortunately he has passed away so there is no longer a dog on the premises. Guest access You enter through a front shared entrance. There is a tiny house immediately to your right. The entire home and backyard are all yours. Entire backyard is yours. Other things to note 1 Brand New Casper Dream King Bed in the Master downstairs bedroom (that has en suite bathroom). 2 Queen Bedrooms, a fourth movie room has a large couch for hanging out with an extra long twin cot for sleeping.
