Loft in Miami

Welcome to our fully furnished 800 sq' loft with free garage parking, in the center of Wynwood. Our home comes completely furnished with full kitchen & bath, dining table, king bed, work desk, and one queen size murphy bed. There is parking available for one car in the parking garage. Walk out the door and you are enveloped with the vibe and energy of life and art! Murals, street art, great restaurants, fancy flea markets and bars. We are 15/20 min to the beach. The space The loft is a clean modern open living space with lots of sun. We have a full kitchen great for cooking at home. A 50” flat screen smart tv, a work desk/station, a luxury shower, 12' x 9' picture window. There is a shared soaker pool on the roof and is only available to those that are renting my loft, no outside guests. The building is quite strict and will kick out anyone that does not own a unit or is renting one. The loft is open concept. We can accommodate up to 4 people with 2 beds, but not with real privacy. The loft has 2 beds; 1 king and a moveable queen murphy bed (hidden bed). There is no separation in the loft except for 3 screen / room dividers that you can set up when a little boost of privacy is desired. The Murphy bed is not prepared unless I'm made aware of the need for it in your booking request. Our loft is in the heart of Wynwood where many clubs, events and street performances take place on a nightly basis. It’s the hub of artistic entertainment! That means it is loud in the loft at night almost always on the weekends and many week nights. Bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise. But we also have a delicious purple mattress king size bed with great bedding and you can melt into it after a day and or night of amusements! The building is home to many and we ask that the party be kept on the streets and the volume of noise coming from our home is kept to a minimum. We all respect our neighbors in the building and keep a friendly community in such a colorful and energized neighborhood. Ask me about reduced rates for 21+ day stays. This unit is set up for remote work / longer stays (full kitchen, onsite laundry, blackout curtains, weekly cleaning available). THE LOFT ALSO PROVIDES: Free parking Fresh towels / 3 beach towels Wifi Smart TV Queen size Murphy bed Work desks Toaster , French press , Brita filter, washer / dryer, extra linens, plenty of pillows. Other things to note For bookings staying longer than 2 weeks, a cleaning by our housekeeping service is required every 2 weeks paid by guest at $90 per cleaning. Guests are liable for all damages to the premises and appliances and equipment belonging thereto, in any way caused by the acts of Guests, and invitees.
