The space The charming boutique apartment Artur offers 28 m² (299 sq. ft.) of living space in a compact studio layout and is located on the 2nd floor, right in the pedestrian zone of Baden-Baden. The living and sleeping area is open-plan and features a double bed, a wardrobe, and a dining table that can also be used as a workspace. A lounge chair and a TV add extra comfort. Fast Wi-Fi is provided throughout the apartment. Bed linens, towels, and a hair dryer are, of course, provided. The kitchen is functionally equipped and includes a stovetop, a microwave, a Nespresso machine with hot water function, and a toaster. Cooking utensils, dishes, and essentials such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, and organic coffee pods are provided. The bathromm has a shower. A washing machine and dryer are located on the ground floor and can be used by guests. The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone of Baden-Baden. Direct car access is generally not possible. For loading and unloading, the zone may be accessed by vehicle on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Parking is available in the nearby parking garages. Pets are welcome for an additional cleaning fee of €30 per stay. Guest access Guests have use of the entire apartment for exclusive use. This includes the living, sleeping and kitchen area as well as the bathroom.
