Property The villa is built on two levels: • Exterior: Fully-equipped kitchen with a wood-burning oven and barbecue, large patio with a table and chairs for 13 people, private swimming pool (12.5 x 5.2 m, depth 1.5-2.6 m) with an equipped solarium, relaxation area with a hammock and outdoor sofas. • Interior: Ground Floor: Double living room with fireplace, air conditioning, TV, table for 14 people, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with private bathroom, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Masonry kitchen complete with refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. First Floor: 4 bedrooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, safe, and intercom phones. Storage room with sink and panoramic terrace with breathtaking views of the Aeolian Islands, ideal for admiring sunsets and sunrises. Location Villa Cottone is located on a hill overlooking Capo Zafferano. The beaches and the town center can be reached by car (4-6 km). Up to 4 free parking spaces are available on the property.
