Private Bedroom Near University

The guest room is light and bright in an older home with a ton of character (built in 1916). We are within a 5-minute walk to the train station, historic downtown, and university. This is a great spot for anyone attending a conference, parents weekend, or WIU event. The space The house is two-story, and the bedrooms are located on the second floor. The guest room has a queen-size bed. Guest access Guest have access to a large, spacious kitchen, dining room, living room, home office, and sunroom. We also have a large backyard and gazebo that guests are free to use. During your stay We're usually around to answer any questions or make a latte. Other things to note We share our home with two small (adorable) dogs and two cats. We also make the best espresso in town.
