At the building's top is a shared terrace with a BBQ and a view of the ocean and town. It is ideally situated just a few steps from the Cerro beach in Baleal Bay, close to Supermarkets, bus stations, restaurants, and also surf spots like Supertubos, Molhe Leste. It ideal place for couples, small families, or two friends. The space A few footsteps from Cerro beach, ( beach located in the middle of Baleal Bay), ideal for surfing and wind sports like kite surf and wingfoilingl, 1 km from Molhe Leste and Super Tubos Beach, close to the bus station, You will have in less than two km perimeter everything you might need in a holiday. In 2025 the property just got equipped with a brand new Air conditioning Machine ( heat and cooling) to make the stays in all seasons comfortable and Cosy inside the property. Guest access The whole apartment and the terrace on the top of the building where is a shared area( with the other apartments in the building) with BBQ and a awesome view from the beach ,town and port Other things to note Second Floor Apartment access only by stairs. The upper floor is only accessible by stairs (a 3-storey building). This house is not recommended for reduced mobility people as to access the apartment will be necessary to climb to the second floor by stairs. To help you make the most of your stay and enjoy everything our beautiful region has to offer, we’ve prepared some useful information and packing tips below. ________________________________________ Bed Linens and Towels We provide bed linens for each bed according to the number of guests in your reservation. Each guest will also receive: • 1 bath towel • 1 hand towel Important notes: • Extra beds (such as sofa beds or additional guest beds) are only prepared when the house is booked for full occupancy. If you're booking for a smaller group but would like to use extra beds, please request this in advance — an additional fee will apply for the extra linen and setup. • Babies are not counted as regular guests in the booking, as they require special laundry care that we are unable to provide. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a baby. A travel crib and high chair may be available (as indicated in the listing), but they must be requested in advance. If the request is made after the house has been prepared, and it requires an extra trip to the property, a transport fee will apply. For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask guests to bring their own baby linens, towels, and care items, as we do not use baby-safe laundry detergents. If you need extra towels, we can provide them at €8 per towel. If requested after the house has already been prepared, an additional €10 transport fee will apply to cover our team’s return visit. For the beach or swimming pool (when applicable), we kindly ask you to bring your own beach towels, sport towels, or sarongs, as the towels we provide are for indoor use only. We’re committed to maintaining a sustainable and environmentally responsible home, so we limit unnecessary laundry and extra deliveries. All tap water in Portugal is safe to drink, though in Peniche the water tends to have a higher calcium (calcarium) content. ________________________________________ Peniche’s Unique Microclimate Even in summer, Peniche can surprise you with cool, windy days and chilly evenings.
