Welcome to the "Helms Nest", our tiny home mountain getaway, perfect to come back to after a day of skiing or hiking (a short drive to several 14ers and ski resorts). It has a full kitchen, full bathroom with hot shower and flush toilet, and queen sized bed in the loft. We commonly hear that our space is bigger than imagined. It sleeps 2 very comfortably, and can fit up to 4 people total. You'll have access to all house amenities. Thanks for looking, and message us with any questions! Our tiny home is perfect for a mountain retreat, with everything you need for a weekend out of the city. Bedroom Loft & Sleeping Arrangements This is *literally* a tiny house (hello HGTV!), so be ready to climb a ladder into the sleeping loft. Up there we have a queen sized memory foam bed, as well as a fold-out futon in the main living area. Kitchen It has 2 stovetop burners (with pans), a keurig and k-cups, microwave, 1/2 sized fridge and freezer, full sized sink, all dishes (plates, bowls, cups, flatware, etc) Main Living Area We have a futon and a wall-mounted table with 2 stools. There is also an empty dresser if you'd like to unpack, a closet with hangers, and an iron with ironing board. Bathroom No necessities skipped here! Full sized shower, toilet, sink, and oversized mirror. All towels provided. Parking There is space for 1 car in front of the tiny house. If you have an extra car, there is an extra lot to park in, just send us a message. All space in and around Tiny Home. We are available by phone 24/7, and several contacts in the neighborhood should you need personal assistance. House access will be via door code after booking.
