Note: During August and into September, as in many fresh-water lakes, algae may be present. Dogs should be kept in the fenced-in yard, as algae is harmful to them. Swimming at Alburg Dunes State Park, where the lake is much deeper, would be a good option during the late summer season. Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
