Studio similar to a hotel room. Sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children) Valley side Luxury Studio condo at the new Riverwalk at Loon resort with views of the sunset. Modern finishing with 2 luxury pools, 2 hot tubs, gym, and spa. Consists of a queen bed, sofa bed, bath, balcony, and kitchenette (partial kitchen). A winery, spa, Italian restaurant, and a state of the art gym on site. No Pets Allowed. It also has a kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster, and utensils /dishes. In addition, the bathroom has a standup shower. The unit can sleep up to 2 adults plus 2 children. A TV is located with cable and HBO/Starz. The condo is self catering. There is no daily housekeeping but it is available at an additional charge through the resort. Luxury pools, hot tubs, and pool deck with nightly gas fire pits poolside. The lagoon pool closes on Columbus Day. The inner pool is open and heated all year. The Pemi River is directly behind the resort with easy access to trails. I do own a connecting unit if you are looking for a larger space. If booked together, it would sleep 6-8. Contact me for info and availability. It has both an indoor and outdoor hot tub, state-of-the-art fitness club with mountain and river views, Solstice North Day Spa, game room, horse-drawn sleigh rides, La Vista Restaurant and Bar, Seven Birches Winery. The Pemi River is directly behind the resort with easy access to trails. Other things to note Pack & Play is available by asking front desk. Discounted attraction tickets are available at concierge. Kids cove offers kids activities in the summer. Front desk has a bunch of games that can be checked out at no charge. Daily/nightly activities such as smores at the fire pit.
