Our 94 m² maisonette apartment for a maximum of 6 people is located directly between the Hanseatic city of Wismar and the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, approximately 800 meters from the Hohen Wieschendorf Baltic Sea beach. It is spread over two floors and features two separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a shower room, an additional bathroom, and a balcony. The furnishings and amenities are of high quality and should offer you every comfort for a wonderful holiday. A children's playground is located on the holiday complex grounds for our younger guests. These fees must be paid in cash on site. Thank you for your understanding! Bed linen/towels Towels (€10.00 per person) and bed linen (€14.00 per person) can be rented on site for a fee. Please note that a €150.00 cash deposit is required upon arrival. This will be returned in cash upon departure. Hohen Wieschendorf Holiday Destination on the Baltic Sea Hohen Wieschendorf is located on a peninsula in the Bay of Wismar, 15 minutes from the Hanseatic city. The beach at Hohen Wieschendorf is still an insider tip, as everyone can find their own private area here, away from mass tourism. The natural beach is accessible via a closed access road. The quiet location is ideal for those seeking relaxation. 800 meters from the Baltic Sea, it offers excellent opportunities for mudflat hiking, cycling, and swimming. Hohen Wieschendorf is also a great destination for golf enthusiasts. Especially outside of peak season, you can enjoy the charms of nature here. The nearest larger cities are Wismar, Grevesmühlen, and Schwerin, and are also a popular day trip destination. Tourist tax in Hohen Wieschendorf: From April 1 to October 31 of each year, a tourist tax is charged by the municipality. This tax is paid by the landlord to the municipality. Please note that the tourist tax must be paid on site upon key collection for the booked period. Costs: Ages 16 and older: €1.00 per day | Ages 6-16: €0.50 per day Other things to note Commercial rental on request - max. 1 person per bedroom Toddlers Please note that toddlers are generally not charged on Airbnb and do not pay for the overnight stay and a possible laundry package.
