Home in Miami Springs

My home is located less than 10 minutes or 2 miles from the Miami International Airport, 10 miles from Miami Beach and 7 miles from The Dolphin Mall. You will find fast food restaurants and bus stop walking distance from my home and the supermarket is about a 20 minute walk. The space The home is great for guests who want to stay close to the airport, overnighters, students , couples and business travelers. The bed is a queen size low profile. There is a private bathroom and a large couch that sleeps one. There is half a closet for you to use to hang your clothes. Please hang wet towels in hangers provided inside laundry room so that they dry properly. You may retrieve them to reuse it again once you come back home. Do not pull up blinds to open or close as they are very heavy and awkward, just twist wand to open should you want light to come in or close for privacy. Netflix may be watched on the Samsung Smart TV. Remember, the house is very close to airport so you may hear some airport activity.... if you are a light sleeper I recommend you wear earplugs. Please turn off any lights and fans before leaving the room and do not forget to lock gate when exiting the house. Any questions you may have please do not hesitate to ask me. Guest access You may use kitchen for light cooking only and to store food in refrigerator. Laundry room may be used only for guests staying over 3 nights or 4 days and you must use your own detergent. There is an iron as well as an iron board should you need one. During your stay I enjoy having guests over the house, however, I am not always available so if you have any questions please do not hesitate to call or text me. Other things to note There will be a key provided for you. A fee of $75 will be applied to any lost key for the replacement of a new lock and set of keys. Bathroom floor is laminate wood so please keep it dry and leave door open when not in use. There may be other guests in the home so please keep noise to a minimum is that is the case. During the months of June thru October you will most likely have the home all to yourself/yourselves; between the months of November thru May there may be other guests in the home with the month of March being the busiest and house is always completely booked.
