Boat trailer parking Bring your boat there is a 28 ft floating dock . We offer 3 month minimum rentals due to the City of Crystal Rivers Code Enforcement , They do not allow short term rentals in the City Limits of Crystal River . We offer a multi monthly Rate discount. This is a perfect spot for snowbirds to enjoy the winter months. Great for multiple families for scallop season in the summer . This house has room for you to bring a boat or two , depending on the size . There are two adjacent floating docks that are 30 ft in length to dock up a boat . There is an additional 40 ft of sea wall that you can tie a boat up to as well . The local Boat Rampsare Pete’s Pier Port paradise marina ( boat ramp ) which is 1 mile from the house . There is a boat ramp fee .$10 for boats ,$5 for kayaks . If you bring a boat there is a water bridge you have to go under to get to the bay , it is (spring run ) SE Kings Bay bridge . We allow dogs only upon discussion and we do not allow cats. Damage deposit required for pets .
