Matthew's Private Pool by Mia and Miguel's House offers a mini private pool with a garden area just perfect for your intimate pool party if you are on a budget! Our transient home is located in Bellavita Subd., Gov Ferrer Drive, Brgy. Tapia, Gen. Trias, Cavite, one of the housing projects of Ayala Land. Our transient home can accommodate up to 7 pax only for sleepovers. We have 2 double decks for sleepovers and an extra mattress. It also includes 1 airconditioned room, 1 LED TV, 1 wall fan, 1 desk fan, bidet, barbeque griller with kitchen utensils for cooking. Malls, fast food chains, restaurants( Waltermart Manggahan, Robinson's Gen. Trias, Jollibee, McDonald's, King Bee, Divimart, Yoki Buffet, Romantic Baboy) and supermarkets are just few minutes away. There is a wet market and variety stores inside the village. You can also opt for cooked meals and snacks that you can also buy inside the village. This is a Pet- friendly space with garden area for some barbeque parties. Note: Please refer to Mia and Miguel's House if you want to avail our transient home only. Guest access The guest will have a full private access to the entire place exclusive use of private pool and transient home. No sharing. Other things to note Please double check the place. The place is "BELLAVITA" not Bellavista it's a different place. My place is located in Bellavita Subdivision, Tapia, Gen. Trias, Cavite just opposite Riverlane Trail Subdivision, just near GEN. TRIAS WATER CORPORATION( GTWC ) and TAPIA BARANGAY HALL.
