Charming guest suite in our home located in the Central Virginia countryside on 18 partially wooded acres. We offer early check in and late checkout, perfect for wedding guests & overnight trips. Relax to the sights and sounds of nature while exploring the area's many historic landmarks and award winning wineries. Due to the nature of our work as an active sanctuary for senior dogs, our space is not suitable for children under 15. We are able to accommodate infants upon request. The space Private parking on right side of property (if facing house) and entrance from back deck through fenced in yard. Unit includes private living room/dining room/kitchen combo great room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen space is equipped with refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave and hot plate, electric frying pan, electric griddle and coffee pot, basically everything but the kitchen sink. There is a water cooler next to the fridge that dispenses hot and cold water. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a king bed. The bathroom is accessed through bedroom 2. There is seating on the deck for dining or simply relaxing with a good read. Please keep all ground level fence gates closed at all times as well as the gate at the top of the stairs. Guest access Enjoy relaxing on the newly renovated deck. Although the unit has some kitchen equipment there is no kitchen sink at this time so use of the home's kitchen is available if needed. Other things to note We run a senior dog sanctuary out of our home. We work hard to keep things as quiet as possible for our guests but dogs will be dogs and bark happens. It is essential for the safety of our animals, volunteers and guests that the house rules are strictly followed. Do not open gates other than those necessary to access your rental space. We have plenty of parking so bring your toys! Lake Anna is a short drive away.
