Buck's Cabins (Goose Nest)

Custom built Rustic Cabin in the Flint Hills of Kansas near Howard, KS. We have an abundance of deer and turkeys. THERE IS LOTS OF WALK IN HUNTING AND FISHING. Our little Poke Daniels Lake has some of the best fishing. We are 45 minutes from El Dorado lake. There are many sites close to us. We are 45 minutes from the big Bluegrass Festival in Winfield KS. It is held in September for 3-4 days. Howard has many specialty shops and some of the best eating places you can find in these parts. The space Rustic and Relaxing for anyone that wants to get away for awhile. A hunter or fisherman don't have to worry about being dirty. Made as if someone was living there and easy to clean. The walls are all pine car siding, floors are porcelain and stairs are made of cedar, steps and hand rail. Very efficient heating and air. Bathroom has a 36" shower with a glass door instead of a shower curtain and has a tall toilet. Guest access You have access to all spaces Pond, Paddle Boats, Fishing dock, Gazebo, and Fire Pit Other things to note Additional amenities include a Gas BBQ grill and a Charcoal BBQ grill, fire pit area and a Gazebo for you enjoyment. There is a 1 1/2 acre pond with Bass, Crappie, Blue Gill and Red Ear fish for you to enjoy feeding fish food and catching.
