Inside, this home offers a well-equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, 2 bedrooms, brand new windows, and a loft amidst its 1,100 square feet of well-appointed living space. On the colder days, throw some wood on the fire in the living room to keep everyone nice and toasty. The group’s chef will find all of the basics needed in the kitchen to treat everyone to a fabulous home cooked meal. Pull up to the breakfast bar for a quick bite, or enjoy quality time together around the dining table while enjoying your meal. Come nighttime, this home offers 2 cozy bedrooms, plus a loft with its own private half-bathroom. Start your day by brewing a fresh pot of coffee and a stroll along the river on an easement where a railroad connecting Truckee to Tahoe City used to run.
