Come stay in our neo-eclectic spacious 4 bedroom home and take in nature at every angle. Located in the city limits of Conway, our space features an open loft floor plan, 22 ' ceilings in the living room, a cozy fireplace and dining space for up to 10, two large master suites with large walk-in closets, two additional spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets and an adjoining full bath, office space and glass staircase. The space Our space was designed with the intention of providing a peaceful, tranquil environment for ourselves and our guests; a place that cleanses the mind of daily stressors to make room for present solace and future aspirations. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, we believe each day should be greeted feeling refreshed, revived and ready. Guest access Guests have full access to the indoors with the exception on some locked storage spaces for the home owners. There is a secured storage room located to the right of the garage which is non-accessible to guests. The double-entry doors are located both inside the garage and to the right exterior the garage. There are two additional non-accessible storage closets located inside the home. On the first level, there are two linen closets located in the Master Bathroom, the one across from the Master shower is for guests, the one located left of the vanity is homeowners private closet. There is a 2nd level private storage locked and located left of the open loft, when facing the the family area. These are the only spaces not accessible to guests. Other things to note Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, we want you to enjoy your stay. We strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all of our guests, while respecting the privacy of our neighbors and the bylaws in our neighborhood. Our home is available for occupancy of up to eight (8) guests and limited to the number of guests specified on the reservation. If you need to add guests after making a reservation, as long as it doesn't exceed 8 at the time of booking, you can change and adjust number of attendees. In order for us to provide you with the best experience, we have to know the accurate number of guests with the group so that we may provide the necessary toiletries, towels, condiments, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Parties are absolutely prohibited and will result in a $2000.00 penalty, no exceptions. Any fees for damaged or broken items will be assessed and charged in addition to the penalty.
