The space -Kitchen has most anything you would need. -Several beach bikes, chairs and cooler provided -3 flat screen TVs, 2 DVDs & a multitude of videos (thou not many for tots) -All TV's are "smart" w streaming capability- Amazon Prime, Netflix -Internet access is pretty good, but best at club house if need to be working on vaca, there's plenty of tables & usually very quiet. Guest access Guest fees to use the pool, clubhouse & amenities are included. Two fobs are provided to be used to enter the clubhouse & pools. Please be sure to leave the fobs in the kitchen so they are available for the next guests. There will be a $50 charge for each fob not returned. PLEASE NOTE: Outdoor pool open from Memorial Day - Sept. kayak Not included.
