Modern-style studio suite with ocean views and plenty of Mediterranean light. The open space offers a comfortable double bed, a small kitchen and a modern bathroom. Renovated in recent years and carefully maintained, it combines style and comfort. The terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast in the sun. The beach, restaurants, cafes and shops are within walking distance. Note: Elevator replacement as of January 2026. There will be no work in July and August. The space The studio is designed in an open space that offers a bright and comfortable atmosphere. It has a queen size bed (150 cm), sofa, flat screen TV and a small workspace. The well-equipped kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and basic utensils for everyday use. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and basic toiletries. A washing machine and ironing utensils are also available for guests. The terrace, with pleasant ocean views, is an ideal space to enjoy the Mediterranean light. The house is located in a lively residential complex popular with holiday visitors. Guest access Jupiter is a private apartment complex with communal gardens and pools. 💦 Pools The children's pool and the small pool are open year-round. ⚠️ The main pool is currently closed for maintenance, and as there is no confirmed reopening date, it may not be available during the summer. 🛎️ On-site amenities - 24-hour front desk - Free common-area parking (subject to availability) - Safe rental at the front desk - On-site hair salon -swimming-pool 📍 Location The complex is located near Paloma Park and Bonanza Plaza, with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and other services nearby. 🏖️ Beach and transportation The beach is about a 10-minute walk, and the Renfe train station is about a 13-minute walk. ✈️ How to get there Malaga Airport is easily accessible by train (until midnight), taxi or transportation services such as Uber. Other things to note Important information Pools and slides The large pool and water slides are currently closed due to building-related issues. There is currently no confirmed reopening date. These facilities are not part of the services offered. Occupancy The apartment is designed for two guests. A third adult or child can stay upon prior request. The home is not specifically equipped for toddlers. Parking Free community parking is available. During the summer months, availability is very limited and finding a place may require time and patience. Parking space cannot be guaranteed. Facilities and appliances All appliances are regularly maintained. In the event of a technical incident, assistance will be provided as soon as possible. Water and electricity supply Occasional supply interruptions may occur in the area, beyond the host's control. Hot water Hot water is supplied by a 50-liter electric water heater, standard in Spain, generally sufficient for two consecutive short showers. Sound insulation As in many vacation buildings, sound insulation is limited and occasional noise from neighboring apartments or common areas may be heard. Hygiene and maintenance The apartment is regularly cleaned and maintained to high standards of hygiene. As in any coastal area, the occasional presence of insects cannot be completely ruled out. Welcome items A small welcome kit is provided upon arrival (e.g. toilet paper and basic toiletries). For the rest of the products, there are supermarkets nearby. Long stays and cleaning For extended stays, additional sets of bed linens and towels are provided for your own use. Housekeeping and laundry are not included during your stay. However, we can help arrange additional cleaning if you need it. Works 2026 The replacement of elevators and the renovation of the floor in the corridors are managed by the building administration and may cause noise or occasional inconvenience in the common areas.
