Newly built in March 2022 in a peaceful part of St Monans Windmill Cottage is stylishly decorated. It has a large private rear garden with garden furniture and beautiful landscape views from the front windows. Both the living area and the main bedroom have French doors out to the garden. The cottage is within easy walking distance to the village, harbour and coastal paths to Pittenweem, Anstruther & Ellie. It is a short car ride into St Andrews. There are many great golf courses nearby. The space Two bedrooms, one with a superking size bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Living dining kitchen area has a 65 inch tv with apps and Chromecast. Kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine, microwave, induction hob, oven and fridge freezer. There is a four slice toaster and a kettle. Living area has two sofas and a footstool. There are two bar stools and also a large four seater dining table. The bathroom has no bath but a large shower and a sink with a vanity unit. There is central heating throughout.
