COVID 19 Update: Due to the world pandemic, we recently reviewed our housekeeping and check-in guidelines to comply with CDC and Portuguese Health Authorities directives. Therefore we are taking extra precautions concerning cleaning and desinfection. Keep Safe# Nice, confortable, quiet, new and very well located studio! An excellent choice for couples, solo adventurers and business. 5-10 min from the airport (by car) and Roma metro station is roughly a 5 min walk. The space Getting around the most interesting areas of Lisbon is super easy. Totally renovated in 2019, this is one off two identical Studios, situated in the heart of Lisbon, in the nice and safe Alvalade neighborhood. With a fantastic selection of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, supermarkets and malls, as well as chemist/pharmacy and launderette are only a few min away. Very easy and quick access to everything Lisbon has to offer! With easy access to the historic city center (15 min trip by subway) and Sintra historical villa or Cascais beaches (40 min trip by train). This is the perfect choice if you want to have a mixed experience between cultural & citytlife. If you have any questions please send me a message! Guest access You have full and private access to the studio. Other things to note -> Second bed (sofa-bed) only available for third available for third guest. If the second bed is requested for the second person, an extra 15€ fee will be charged. -> Late check-in (after 8pm) may incur in 20€ extra fee. -> Parking: If you need to park the car, here are some tips: - You can park on the street (except the small street in front of the studio, only local identified residents are allowed). It’s free during the night and all weekend; - You need to put a ticket inside the car if you want to leave it during the day on weekdays; there are machines on the street and it is paid from 9:00 to 19:00; - The parking time on the street is limited to 4 hours; if you need to leave the car for longer periods, we can recommend a park nearby.
