Tom from Traverse City's Guest Room

This is a four bedroom, 2,000 sq foot house, and we rent three of those rooms. Two bedrooms share the main bathroom and each have a small refrigerator and TV. The other has its own bathroom and a TV. Every room has a different price because of size. You also have access to the living room, deck outside, and kitchen if you like. A cot is available for an extra guest, just select 3 guests. The additional fee will be added. Please ask any questions. The space The location is convenient for many activities. You can sometimes hear boats on East Bay. Downtown Traverse City is five miles away. The Tart Trail is close as is Mt. Holiday for tubing or skiing. The VASA trail is also only a few miles away. Even the airport is not too far away! Guest access The main bathroom is shared with the guests in two bedrooms. You have access to the kitchen, oven, dishes, living room, deck, etc. The laundry is downstairs and you are welcome to use it. During your stay Some guests we rarely see, while others have hung out. We realize it's your time and although we enjoy meeting new people, you don't have to feel like we need to interact. This time and space is for you to relax. Yet, this is where we live and happy to answer any questions. Other things to note If you would like to use any amenities, or if you have any questions please let us know.
