Home is also in a gated community with security. Very safe place to stay. Home is directly next door to the Convention center. It is about a 10-15 minutes walk (0.7 miles door to door). Most of the distance is walking across the parking lot of the convention center. Bed configuration: Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 2 Full beds Total of 4 beds, NO sleeper sofa. There is a pack n play and high chair provided. Maximum 10 guests allowed (that includes children of all ages). Garage is used as storage space and is locked for guest use. ONLY 1 car can be parked on the drive way. Additional cars can be parked on the overflow parking lot (no street parking allowed). *Vista Cay Resort Orlando is not affiliated with Universal Studios, there are no shuttle services available. Vista Cay Resort Orlando is located on Universal Blvd, across of the Universal Resort main entrance. Guest access You have access to all amenities of the resort : clubhouse with pool, sundry shop, bar, fitness room and games room. Other things to note There is a pool so please be super careful with kids. Please keep doors and gates closed and locked.DO NOT leave kids under 18 alone in pool area. NO PARTIES! DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY TO THROW A PARTY. Police will be called. Party will be shut down. No return of security deposit if there is a party. No additional guest on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest are allowed in the home. No visitors of any kind. Please keep noise to a minimum and be mindful or neighbors. NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! $500 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the home. Check in time 4pm and check out time 10am. SAME DAY BOOKINGS : If you are making a booking with same day arrival (book today AND arrive today) : CONTACT US FIRST ON THE ARRIVAL TIME. Check in time of 4pm is ONLY guaranteed on bookings made at least 1 day in advance. We do need some time to get the property ready for arrival. DO NOT use the premises for illegal activity. NO CANDLES/NO OPEN FLAMES/NO BBQ GRILLS ON PATIO !!! PETS NOT ALLOWED !!! We are in compliance with ADA and FHA. Just make sure you have the proper paperwork and declare your pet BEFORE making any booking ! We have motion activated security cameras on the exterior of the house. The front door. If the cameras are shut off, blocked or covered, we reserve the right to enter the property to check the amount of guests along with charging a $100 fee. We will confirm with our ISP that there is not an outage first. We do not accept post office mail at this property. UPS and Fedex does delivery to this property but please do not have packages delivered to the house before or after you arrive. Other guest might be staying at the house and we can’t guarantee acceptance of the package for you. Guests will also receive a Welcome Kit. The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as: 1 dish soap, 2dishwasher pods, 1 kitchen sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 2 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, per bathroom : 1 facial soap, 1 shower gel, 1 shampoo (hotel size) and 2 toilet paper rolls. There is a Walgreens and Publix in walking distance in case you need more supplies. This is a self-catering property, we do not deliver any additional supplies during the stay. The property is equipped with basic housekeeping supplies. A broom/dustpan and mop. The plastic bin at the front door is for your trash. The trash is collected daily If any rules are broken then it is considered breach of contract the guest agrees to forfeit the entire deposit and will be responsible for all damages and all additional cleaning fees.
