Built in 1902, our historic and antique apartment is walking distance to Madison street which is lined by wonderful restaurants, shops, and bars. We are conveniently located less than a 10 minutes walk to CTA green and blue line trains, making travel to downtown Chicago quick and easy. Pet fee must be paid before check in. -NO PARTIES -NO SMOKING WHATSOEVER ANYWHERE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. You will be charged a 250 fee and immediately escorted off of the property. If you wish to smoke (cigarettes only— marijuana is NOT allowed) either find another Airbnb who can accommodate you or go outside to the alley.
