Inn the heights- apt 3

Welcome to apt 3 at Inn the Heights. This two bedroom, 1 huge bath apartment features Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hard wood floors, soaking tub, glass shower, tray ceilings, crown moldings are some of the amenities you’ll notice throughout the apartment. There is a smart tv in the living room and both bedrooms as well as free WIFi. The space This apartment is part of an apartment building that has 9 units.All of the units are vacaiton rentals. Apartment 3 is on the first floor amd faces the courtyard. The unit has just been completely remodeled in January 2020. You'll love cooking in the brand new kitchen- granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, island with two bar stools and all the supplies you need to make meals. The new, spacious bathroom has double sinks, a soaking tub and a separate glass shower and recessed lighting. The entire space has all new hardwood floors and has been beautifully decorated to make your stay feel like your home away from home. Amenities include central a/c, WiFi, a king bed in the master bedroom, the second bedroom has twin bunk beds, and there are brand new smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment so you can do laundry and not return home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes. The building also has a private courtyard with outside seating for smoking or relaxing. The entire building has secure access thru the courtyard which has coded entry gates from the parking lot and street. Guest access The entire apartment is for guest use, there is no shared space. The courtyard of the building is shared between all of the apartments ( 9 apartments in the building). There is a gas grill, picnic table and corn hole game in the courtyard. Other things to note We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting and preparing our condo for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces and Electronics. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers guidelines.
