Spacious Cottage in Bucks County

Our red cottage is in a picturesque natural setting near the Delaware River. Great place to bird watch and if you're looking for a quiet retreat combined with proximity to fine dining, horse farms, vineyards, antique shops and art galleries. The space Our Red Cottage is on the grounds of a charming 1800's farm house along the Delaware Canal in the historic town of Erwinna, in Bucks County, PA. Both the main house and the cottage sit alongside the tow path with a beautiful view of the canal. Its a great place to be if you're seeking a quiet spot to relax and unwind, away from cars and traffic and surrounded by incredible natural beauty. The area is also perfect if you like gardens, going on nature walks, bike rides, bird watching, horseback riding and cross country skiing; while also being in close proximity to several quaint towns along the Delaware River where you have access to fine dining, art galleries and antique shops. Frenchtown, Lambertville and New Hope, PA are all close by. The cottage is a good distance from the main house and is very private. There is a great outdoor shower for use in the warmer months and outdoor patio for lounging and taking in the beautiful scenery of the property which has a stream running through the back. The inside has a kitchen equipped with a sink, refrigerator, convection oven, microwave, dual induction hotplate, and a coffee maker. There is a sleeping loft with a very comfortable queen size bed and dresser to put your clothes. Comfortable sheets and a warm duvet. Downstairs has a cozy living-room with a full size sleeper sofa, TV and a DVD player with a collection of movies and board games for guests to watch and play. Bathroom is charming and has an awesome old clawfoot tub and a shower. Guest access Guests have access to roam the beautiful property where there are abundance of flowers and trees , a stream and a few swings where you can sit.
