SUNSET INN-Pets under 50 pounds . Any damage due to your animal will be billed to guests account. Private basement apartment near 407, QEW, 403 with separate entrance 1-2 parking. Queen bed in separate room. Kitchenette area, basic cable,Netflixs, Large fenced in yard. Table/chairs for dining. Armoire, and dresser. Smoking in backyard only. **Please note; all guests are required to keep the apt clean and tidy during their stay. If you do not, a cleaner will be arranged at your cost.** The space Welcome to the SUNSET INN. Our clean and bright basement apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed, private kitchenette (bar fridge, no stove) sitting area with TV and full bathroom. Located in a quiet neighbourhood on a cresent, close to transit. 1 large or 2 small vehicle Parking, Netflix,basic cable, coffee, tea, and wifi included. Newly renovated with hardwood flooring. The space is accessed through a back door. It has it's own locked door and is completely private with the exception of sharing the laundry room with me once a week. A 2 week totally private stay available if required for covid or travel purposes. The queen sized bed is brand new, and foam roll out mattresses can be made available if you wish to accommodate a young child. Smoke alarms are suitable for deaf or hearing impaired guests. Washing machine and dryer available for use Guest access You have your own locked door to access your full private apt. Other things to note Prices already have discounts applied if you are staying for an extended time. There is no oven. There is a bar size fridge, a toaster oven, coffee maker, a microwave oven and a single burner (for boiling only, no frying) The apartment has only one queen bed, and is suitable for one guest or a couple. For guests staying longer than one week I need to access the basement to use my laundry (at the convenience of the guests)
