Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property. This includes both the main house and the second cottage, as well as all outdoor amenities such as the deck, private hot tub, and fire pit area. Enjoy the entire retreat all to yourselves with keyless self check-in. Other things to note Upon booking we send a pdf of all things we love about Sonoma. Our favorite hikes, wineries and restaurants are all there with detailed info on the property. Thornsberry Cottage is a true get-away and sanctuary and our guests have to adhere to the Sonoma County quiet hours between 9pm and 7am. Safety & Liability Acknowledgment. By choosing to use these amenities, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to understand and follow all posted guidelines and general safety precautions. Please note that areas around the Special Features are not fenced or secured and may present inherent risks—particularly for: Children who are not closely supervised Anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication Anyone who is pregnant or has a medical or health condition By staying at the property, you agree to inform all members of your group and any visitors of these risks, and to ensure that everyone uses the property responsibly. This includes keeping clear of any unsafe or off-limits areas, such as rooftops. You accept full responsibility for the conduct and safety of all occupants and visitors during your stay, and you assume responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur while using or being near the Special Features. By booking this property, you agree to waive any and all claims against the property owner and the property manager for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use or presence of these amenities. Hold Harmless Agreement You and all occupants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and property manager from any claims of personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur while on the premises, regardless of cause. Please also be aware that any insurance carried by the property owner does not cover your personal belongings. We recommend that you carry your own insurance if you wish to protect personal property during your stay.
