Please note: To maintain security and neighborhood standards, guests do not have access to the mailbox. If you are planning a longer stay and need to receive mail, please let us know in advance and we will be happy to help you set up a local P.O. box! Other things to note ### RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIREMENT To comply with local HOA, Kendall County regulations and our insurance policy, all guests are required to sign a standard Rental Agreement prior to check-in. This is a routine process for high-end stays in our area. How it works: 1. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a secure link to your email address to review and electronically sign the agreement. 2.
