Downstairs fully stocked kitchen spacious dining living area two bedrooms with plenty of closet space a laundry room with washer and dryer so you can enjoy all the comforts of home. The space Our cottage offers a peaceful relaxing getaway yet we are less than 4 miles from down town Wautoma with unique shops , restaurants, two grocery stores and bait shops . There is a public boat landing right across the river or fish right off our pier a few fishing poles and tackle are provided. You can even hop in one of the 3 kayaks and explore the river and all nature has to offer. Relax on the patio or by a crackling fire in the firepit. we have plenty of inside and outside games available for all ages. Guest access You have access to the entire cottage with all the amenities of home and just over one acre of property right on the White River . We have kayaks with a variety of life jackets ,bicycles, fishing poles and tackle, outside games all available anytime during your stay. Other things to note We do allow small parties but we ask that you get our approval first, Our goal is that our guests enjoy every minute of their time spent at our place. We try to provide everything that is needed to have a comfortable relaxing vacation.
