KasaMar Luxurious Villa is located directly on the pristine, private beach of Playa Dorada in El Salvador. This gorgeous, stylish villa is perfect for families, couples, surfers, and travelers. Stretches of sandy beach are just (literally) steps away as the property sits directly on the beach. You can't miss this! The space Upon entering KasaMar, you will be greeted with breathtaking ocean views and breeze, which can be seen & felt through the entire house. You enter into the living room, with gorgeous bohemian wicker lamps flowing in the ocean breeze, an ultra- comfortable L-shape sectional sofa, and beautiful natural wooden dining table. To the left, you have a fully equipped luxurious kitchen with state of the art appliances: French door fridge, electric cooktop, microwave, and oven. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking tools, dining ware and silverware. The kitchen features a huge concrete island with 5 bar stools perfect for all of your entertainment needs. You also have an adorable coffee station for your morning brew. Outside you will find our BBQ area with a wood fire/carbon grill, and we also have an optional 2-burner gas stove for outdoor cooking. Back inside, the downstairs includes 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen bed & bunk bed, and each with their own bathroom (including an oversized shower head, HOT water, and solid water pressure- all which is rare to find on beach front properties here). One bedroom is ocean facing and has a completely private bathroom, the other bedroom is garden facing, and the bathroom can be optionally shared. (There is an entrance directly from the bedroom and also from the living room.) Each bedroom has their own private terrace. And all bedrooms have AC. Outside, the main terrace boasts gorgeous wicker lamps, and custom made wooden and wicker furniture for lounging, entertainment, and sunbathing. Up the stairs, you will find our second hidden gem of a balcony, with gorgeous green mountain views. Upstairs is where you will find the oversized Masted bedroom, with a private ocean view balcony the length of the entire house. Through the Master bedroom, you’ll find a top of the line walk in closet with custom built in shelving for your clothing, a gorgeous bathroom, and a unique outdoor shower with mountain views and oversized shower head. It is truly one of a kind! On the property, you will also find a 3-horse barn with horses available for beach rides (for additional charge), there is a security guard house for 24-hour security, as well as additional services such as a full menu of meals, relaxing massages, yoga classes, daily cleaning, grocery shopping, tours & excursions, laundry service, special occasion decorations, and more! (All extra services are for additional charge & must be pre-ordered). Guest access Guests will have access to the main house, including 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room, as well as the pool, beach, and front and back gardens. Other things to note There is a horse stable on the property and we offer sunset beach horseback rides for additional charge, as well as a horse experience for smaller children.
