Welcome to Seashells! This lovely two bedroom apartment is perfect for individual, family, group and work trips. It is located in a quiet and safe area on the eastern side of the Island. Feel right at home with the fully equipped kitchen, watching movies on Netflix and Prime Video, playing board games or enjoying the backyard. It includes a standby generator, Wifi, ductless ACs, ceiling fans and portable fan for your comfort. Air beds also available if more than four guests are staying. The space The apartment is located on a multi-family lot on the left end of the complex and quite spacious. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and spacious closet. The beds are topped with a 2 inch memory foam mattress topper, but can be removed if a more firm bed is required. There are three 43 inch smart TVs. For your convenience, a stack washer and dryer is included. The unit has its own covered porches at the front and back with chairs for seating. The back porch provides more privacy with hedge trees covering the fence. For large groups, everyone can stay at the same property in connected units. Guest access There are two parking spaces available directly in front of the unit. A lockbox is on the wall next to the entrance door and contains the keys to the unit.
