Feel right at home with the fully equipped kitchen, watching movies on Netflix and Prime Video, playing board games or enjoying the backyard. It includes a standby generator, Wifi, ductless ACs, ceiling fans and portable fan for your comfort. Air beds also available if more than four guests are staying. The apartment is located on a multi-family lot on the left end of the complex and quite spacious. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and spacious closet. There are three 43 inch smart TVs. The unit has it's own covered porches at the front and back. The back porch provides more privacy with hedge trees covering the fence. For large groups, everyone can stay at the same property in connected units. There are two parking spaces available directly in front of the unit. A lockbox is on the wall next to the entrance door and contains the keys to the unit. The host lives on property and is reachable at any time to assist with questions and other needs. Quiet neighbourhood of mostly rental properties. Occupants keep to themselves. Some yards have pets. In close proximity are a lot of restaurant options, grocery stores, liquor stores, gas stations, pharmacy, doctors offices, beach and Palm Cay Marina. Most of the area is walking friendly with sidewalks. Guests may choose to rent a car. The owner provides drop off and pick up at a small fee. Bicycle rental is also available on property.
