Outdoor living with BBQ area, Storage shed for bikes. The space Belford House is situated right on the Mountain to the Murray Rail Trail and only minutes away from cafes, restaurants and shops. Whilst we do anticipate Wi-Fi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. Wi-fi availability is dependent on the network provider. The owner will not be held accountable for network errors. Bedding consists of 4 queen beds. With four bedrooms the property can sleep up to 8 people. The tariff of $320 per night includes 4 people (2 bedrooms) with extra charge of $40 per person per night for up to 8 people. If you require to have all rooms unlocked, there is a $50 fee so please advise when you book to ensure there is sufficient bedding. Extra $60 charge if late checkout to 4pm is required.
