Maintained to the highest standard and perfectly set up for a family or two couples. This immaculately renovated luxury apartment has high ceilings and beautiful oak floorboards. It has been finished with Frigerio sofas and Danish art deco furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials required for your own catering needs be it a quick breakfast or a romantic dinner. The living room has a TV with Netflix for you or your kids. - Clean linen and towels provided for each guest; depending on the length of stay they will be changed on a weekly basis; - Free Wi-Fi internet connection - Wardrobe with hangers and chest of drawers to store your belongings in each bedroom - Modern and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker) - Free tea and coffee-making amenities - Maps and recommendations to help you to enjoy the city - A hairdryer, iron and ironing table - Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer *** LOCAL AMENITIES *** - A large variety of restaurants, cafes, and authentic local Czech pubs are within a few steps of the apartment. - Within a few minute’s distance there are – English, Italian, Indian, Thai, French, Spanish, Brazilian, and Mexican restaurants available. Please respect our neighbors, if you are planning a party with your friend group we ask you kindly to avoid booking our flat. Thank you for understanding! !Kindly be informed that as per legal regulations, we are required to register you with the foreign police and collect the tourist tax (mandatory) which must be paid upon arrival at the apartment. The rate is 50 CZK per adult (over 18 years) per night. Kindly note that arrivals after 23:00 will incur a fee of 500CZK + VAT. Alternatively, you can choose an option for a self-check-in through our secure central location. Lastly, please keep in mind that in case of a last-minute booking just before the start of your stay, there is a possibility that the check-in process might take a little bit longer since we do our check-ins personally. However, we want to assure you that our utmost priority is to ensure your check-in is conducted promptly. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such circumstances. *** HOUSE RULES *** - No parties - No pets of any type or size - Quiet hours: Monday to Thursday from 10 PM to 8 AM. Friday to Sunday from 10 PM to 11 AM. - Please be aware the apartment building has a concierge downstairs to manage security and residence assistance - No noise is permitted in the commune areas (entrance and stairs) - No smoking is permitted in the apartment or commune areas - Remember to switch off all electrical appliances and air conditioning every time you leave the apartment - Remember to close the front door of the building and not let anyone enter who does not have a key - Guests must leave the apartment in the same conditions in which they found it, making good use of its content. - We expect our clients to behave appropriately around the building Guests who receive complaints for excessive noise, inappropriate behavior, or any other reason that causes discomfort to the neighbors will be asked to leave their apartment immediately without any compensation. A 250 € cleaning fee will be assessed for reservations with evidence of smoking.
